He graduated as a lawyer in 2000 at the Faculty of Law at the University of Tirana.

From 2000 to 2003, he held the position of Head of the Legal Department at the Albanian Energy Corporation, Durrës Branch.

From 2003 to 2010, he served as the State Attorney at the Ministry of Justice and the President of the Local Chamber of the State Advocate, Durrës.

From 2010 to 2017, he served as a Bailiff and Administrator of the Bailiff Company “Petani Bailiff’s Office” shpk as well as a member of the Governing Council of the National Chamber of Bailiffs.

From 2017 until today, he practices the profession of Lawyer and Administrator of “Petani Law Frim” shpk.

In 2021, he was elected President of the Durrës Local Chamber of Advocacy and a member of the National Chamber of Advocacy Albania.

In 2019, he won the title of “Cavalier” of the Peace of the King of Malta in Assisi, Italy.

In 2023, he was elected a member of the Disciplinary Commission at the National Bar Association.
