“Petani Law Firm” is among the first Law Firms established in Albania and has in its foundations professionalism, dedication and loyalty.
Since 2018, the Petani Law Firm has been managed by Attorney Lorval PETANI in the capacity of general manager and sole partner.
Lawyer Lorval PETANI comes from a 20-year experience in the field of jurisprudence, previously exercising duties as the head of the legal sector at the “Energy Corporation” in Durrës, State Attorney at the Ministry of Justice, Chairman of the Local Office of the State Bar, Member of Governing Council of the National Chamber of Enforcement, Administrator of Petani Bailiff’s Office shpk, Administrator of several private businesses, member of the Discipline Commission at the National Chamber of Advocacy and currently Chairman of the Local Chamber of Advocacy in Durrës.
In the first steps of creation, “Petani Law Firm” was directed by Lawyer Luljeta PETANI, who has been practicing law since 1974, performing many duties as Deputy Prosecutor of the city of Durrës, Judge in the Court of Appeal of Durrës and Tirana, Lawyer and Administrator of “Petani Law Firm”.
“Petani Law Firm” has in its composition several lawyers specialized in different sectors, a financial expert, and offers various legal services in relation to Legal Consultancies, Taxes, Courts, Prosecution, Administrative Relations, etc. All these services are at the national and international level.
